3 cups Raspberry (forzen, do not thaw) 1/2 cup mint infused simple syrup (click to see the recipe) juice of one lemon/lime 1 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup gin 1 sprig of mint/thyme for decoration Equipment 1 freezer friendly container food processor Knife/cutting board measuring cups/spoons |
Direction
Add frozen raspberry, juice of 1 lemon/lime and syrup in the food processor. Blend until smooth like smoothie, mix in the yogurt, transfer to freezer friendly container Freeze for 30 minutes, take the container out and with a spoon, stir the sorbet around. Return the container to the freezer for another 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or cake. decorate with a sprig of mint or thyme. Serve 6-8 |
