3 cups blueberry (forzen, do not thaw) 1/2 cup simple syrup (click to see the recipe) juice of one lemon/lime 1 sprig of mint/thyme for decoration Equipment 1 freezer friendly container food processor Knife/cutting board measuring cups/spoons |
Direction
Add frozen blueberry, juice of 1 lemon/lime and syrup in the food processor. Blend until smooth like smoothie, transfer to freezer friendly container Freeze for 30 minutes, take the container out and with a spoon, stir the sorbet around. Return the container to the freezer for another 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or cake. decorate with a sprig of mint or thyme. Serve 4-6 |
