2 tbs Fish Sauce 2 tbs Lime juice 1 tsp Brown sugar 1/2 tsp sea salt 2 cloves of pickled garlic (or regular garlic) 1 cilantro root (or 1/4 cup of cilantro) 5-8 Thai Chilli Equipment 1 Food Mixer Knife/cutting board measuring cups/spoons |
Direction
Mix all the liquid ingredient with sugar and salt. Adjust to taste. In a food mixer, add chilli, garlic and cilantro root (or cilantro if yours does not come with roots), chop them in the mixer. Add the chilli mixture to the liquid. Can be stored up to 2 days in the fridge....but do keep the container very well sealed or your fridge will stink with fish sauce for weeks! makes enough for 1 meal. |
