So what I discovered that this dip goes very well with all sorts of meals, as dips for vegetables, with steaming hot potatoes, or even with a nice meaty steak or in a sandwich! It's so simple to make and so refreshing too.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Creme Fraiche.
- 2 tbs chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove of garlic, grated
- 1/2 tsp prapika
- 1 Lemon, zest grated and juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbs of chopped scallion
How to
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, saving some scallions and zest to sprinkle when serving.
Refrigerate an hour before serving.
