With the arrival of my new dehydrator, by new, I mean first. Our new favorite snack of the month is beef jerky.
Ingredients
mix all marinate together, marinate the beef slice for 1 hour.
Spread the marinated beef slices on dehydrator tray,
Set the temperature to 65 degree Celsius and timer for 3 - 4 hours depending on the model of dehydrator you have or the thickness of the beef slice.
let cool before storing in air tight container.
Can be stored for up to 2 weeks.

- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup Worcester sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbs ground pepper
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- liquid smoke
- chilli flakes
